Megan Fuller

Megan Fuller is an accomplished patent attorney with extensive experience in managing global patent portfolios, particularly in the areas of diabetes and obesity, during the tenure at Eli Lilly and Company from March 2018 to May 2022 as Senior Director-Patent Counsel. Previously, Megan held roles as Associate Director-Patent Agent & Attorney Trainee and as a Consultant for patent research. Additional experience includes positions as Clinical Trial Associate at Endocyte, Assistant Research Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Purdue University Cancer Center. Megan earned a Doctor of Law (JD) with a focus on Health Law, graduating Cum Laude from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and holds a Master of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology from Michigan State University. Activities during law school included serving as an Associate Editor for the Indiana Health Law Review and participating in competitive moot court events.
