Sean Spence is currently the Director of Regulatory in Drug Delivery and Digital Health. Previously, Sean held the position of Senior Research Scientist at Eli Lilly and Company from 2022 to 2023. Between 2014 and 2022, Sean served as Regulatory Affairs Manager at NICO Corporation and was recognized as the company's MVP in 2015 for innovative regulatory strategies. Earlier in their career, Sean worked at Cook Medical as both a QAC Laboratory Analyst/Supervisor and Regulatory Affairs Specialist/Team Lead, and briefly at Abbott Laboratories as an Advanced Quality Control Chemist. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Purdue University in 2004.
