Wes Gerbig, PhD, PE, is an experienced life sciences professional specializing in regulatory affairs. Currently, Wes serves as the Senior Director of Global Regulatory Affairs at Eli Lilly and Company while simultaneously teaching as Adjunct Faculty at Olivet Nazarene University. Wes holds a PhD in Global Leadership from the Indiana Institute of Technology and has previously held roles in validation engineering and regulatory affairs at notable organizations including Roche and Eli Lilly.
