Xiaopeng Bai

Xiaopeng Bai is currently the Executive Director of Discovery Chemistry and DNA Encoded Libraries at Eli Lilly and Company. They previously served as a Senior Director at DICE Therapeutics, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly, and held various positions at UCB, GSK, and Helicos BioSciences, including Senior Scientist and Team Leader. Xiaopeng obtained a PhD in Organic Chemistry and Chemical Biology from Columbia University, where they also completed their postdoctoral research. They hold both a BS and MS in Chemistry from Nankai University.
