Xin Ye is a Senior Director of Discovery Oncology at Eli Lilly, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Principal Scientist and Group Leader at Genentech from 2022 to 2025. Xin's earlier experiences include being a Helen Hay Whitney Postdoctoral Fellow and an NIH Pathway to Independence Awardee at the Whitehead Institute from 2010 to 2014. They earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Genetics from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and hold a B.S. in Biology from Tsinghua University.
