Cédric Charlier is an experienced professional in the field of data management and integration, currently serving as the Group Head of Data & Integration at Elia since June 2007. Cédric has been instrumental in leading the company towards a data-centric vision by enhancing data accessibility and management practices through the development of a comprehensive data platform. Prior roles at Elia include Enterprise Information Architect, where Cédric designed and implemented a strategic approach to data management, and BI & Data Intensive Project Leader, responsible for creating an enterprise data warehouse focused on the electrical market. Cédric is also recognized as a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for the Data Platform, showcasing expertise and a commitment to community knowledge sharing. Cédric started a consulting career at Trasys from September 2001 to June 2007 and holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Computer Science and Management from the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons.
