Florie Brisbois

Florie Brisbois is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic management and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Head of Belgian Group Strategy and the Head of Digital Transformation Office at Elia since January 2022, Florie has previously held significant roles including Independent Consultant at Elia and Strategic & Corporate Finance Advisor at Tandem Capital Advisors. Prior to that, Florie was the Global Strategy & Business Development Manager for High Rise Building Solutions at Aliaxis, contributing to major global projects and M&A initiatives. Experience also includes roles at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, focusing on performance improvement and strategic valuation, as well as a teaching assistant position at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management. Florie holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from Solvay Brussels School and has enhanced professional development through a sabbatical leave in South America.
