Krystyna Anna Cichon has extensive experience in business analysis and customer experience consulting, currently serving as a Business Analyst at Elia since June 2021 and a Customer Experience Consultant at Flexso since October 2020. Prior experience includes a role at PWN from September 2011 to September 2020, where responsibilities included Functioneel Beheerder SAP CRM and Key User SAP CRM & IS-U. Krystyna completed a degree at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2018 and holds a VWO Natuur en Techniek diploma from 1998 to 2002.
