Melody Lafleur

Melody Lafleur is a Technical L&D Expert at Elia since June 2025, focusing on enhancing technical skill development in collaboration with business teams and internal experts. Previously, Melody served as a management consultant at Phinest from June 2022 to June 2025 and held multiple roles, including Project Manager and Project Coordinator, at Stantec from May 2018 to June 2022. Early career experience includes positions as a Junior Recruiter at Mavenly.be and a Junior Cabin Crew Member at TUI Airlines Belgium from June 2014 to September 2017, along with internships at IBF International Consulting and the Directorate General of Development Cooperation. Melody holds a Master's degree in Population and Development Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology and Social Sciences from the University of Liège.
