Jana Zacher is an experienced coach and mentor, currently guiding individuals in developing effective leadership systems through Jana Zacher, MBA, established in March 2017. Jana is also a member of Eliances, Where Entrepreneurs Align, since October 2022, contributing to a community focused on entrepreneurship. With a robust background in auditing and operations at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona from July 2009 to January 2025, Jana held various roles including Senior Internal Audit Manager, overseeing quality control and team leadership, and contributed to process improvements across multiple departments. Prior experiences include management roles at Advanced Reimbursement Management and John C. Lincoln Health Network, where Jana focused on revenue cycle management and process improvement, along with early career experience as an Associate Consultant at Stockamp & Associates. Jana Zacher holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University.
