Rose MacKel

Rose Mackel, PHR has extensive experience in human resources. Rose currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Eliant Trade Finance LP, where they have been since 2023. Prior to this role, Rose held the position of Associate Director of Human Resources at the same company from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Eliant Trade Finance LP, Rose took a career pause from 2018 to 2021 to focus on the Mackel Family.

From 2010 to 2018, Rose worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at MKP Capital Management, L.L.C.

Rose's earlier experience includes working at a Financial Processing Firm from 2005 to 2010, where they built the HR function from the ground up and was responsible for overall HR management, recruitment, employee relations, and policies and procedures.

Rose Mackel, PHR holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts Administration, Marketing & Journalism from Wagner College, obtained between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they have obtained a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2010.
