Luke Vnenchak

Luke Vnenchak is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in engineering and content management. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Elias Sports Bureau, Inc. since November 2020, Luke previously held the position of VP of Engineering at BuzzFeed from April 2015 to November 2020. Prior to that, a significant tenure at The New York Times spanned nearly nine years, where roles included Executive Director of Technology, Content Management, as well as positions ranging from Director to Software Engineer in Content Management Systems. Earlier in their career, Luke worked as a Content Delivery Analyst and Web Metrics Analyst at Mercedes-Benz, USA, and as a Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Math from Loyola University Maryland, completed in 2000, and graduated from Newton High School in 1996.
