Ashley Powers

Ashley Powers, aPHR, has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Ashley started their career as a Temporary Administrative Assistant at The John Stewart Company in 2019. Ashley then worked as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant at The Armada Group from 2019 to 2020. Following that, they joined Kissed by an Angel Winery as a Sales and Marketing Associate, where they handled customer database management, ran the tasting room independently, sold wine and wine club memberships, maintained an updated list of wine club members, and assisted with events and member communication. From 2020 to 2021, Ashley worked as an Onboarding Program Coordinator at Eliassen Group. In this role, they managed daily operations, workload, and project plans related to onboarding. Ashley then advanced to become an Onboarding Program Analyst in 2021, where they conducted audits and ensured compliance with clients. Currently, Ashley serves as the Onboarding Program Lead at Eliassen Group, overseeing a team of coordinators, managing onboarding initiatives and projects, and being a direct reporting party to the HR Manager, Onboarding.

Ashley Powers, aPHR, completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Psychology from Cabrillo College in 2017. In addition to their academic achievements, Ashley has obtained several certifications, including the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from HRCI in January 2021, and certifications in Microsoft Excel Basics and Microsoft Excel Beyond the Basics from Pryor Learning Solutions | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack in 2019. Ashley is also currently pursuing a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera, with an expected completion in 2023.
