Jim has worked in various roles, including Transformation Lead, Hardware Vertical at Eliassen Group, Transformation Advisor at Scrum, Inc., Agile Solutions Architect at Rally Software, Startup CEO at TruthinessCheck, Project Manager & Scrum Master at AINS, Inc., Software Engineering Manager at ICF International, Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master at NTT Data Corporation, Engagement Manager/Deputy Program Manager at Network Specialty Group, Project Manager at Access Systems, and Director of Technology at Benefits Unlimited (now USI Insurance Services). Jim Damato holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science and Information Systems from the University of Rhode Island, obtained from 1993 to 1997.
