Ramesh Narayanan

Ramesh Narayanan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile transformation and software development management. Currently serving as a Software Development Manager and Agile Transformation Lead at Eliassen Group, Ramesh has targeted the transition from Waterfall to Agile for the North Carolina Medicaid Management Information Systems. Previous roles include Agile Program Manager and RTE at Insight Global, where Ramesh led Agile transitions for government solutions, and Agile Program Manager at LexisNexis, focusing on enterprise-level Agile transformations utilizing the SAFe framework. Ramesh's career began as a User Interface Developer at Cincinnati Financial and progressed through roles such as Senior Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer, consistently driving improvements in delivery speed and project execution.
