Stephen Marini

Stephen Marini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT recruitment and staffing. Currently serving as the Director of the Center of Excellence at Eliassen Group in Charlotte since January 2018, Stephen has held various roles including Senior Account Executive and Director of Recruiting. Notable achievements include over 150 placements since January 2013 and the 2017 Mentor of the Year award, alongside responsibilities in training and developing hiring practices. Prior experience at Principle Solutions Group from August 2012 to December 2017 included being a Lead Technical Recruiter and earning recognition as the #1 Recruiter for placements company-wide in 2016.
