Terry Longstreth

Terry Longstreth is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in client development and financial services. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Development at Eliassen Group since December 2024, Terry previously held multiple leadership roles at RGP, including Vice President of the Financial Services Practice and Vice President of Strategic Client Accounts, following the acquisition of Accretive Solutions. Additionally, Terry contributed to The Institute of Internal Auditors as a Board of Governors member and Chief Financial Officer. In roles at Accretive Solutions, responsibilities included leading the Atlanta market and managing client services, while earlier career positions included Business Development Manager at Jefferson Wells USA and varied roles at Bank of America. Terry’s military background includes service as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, both from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
