Pollution models engineer, R&D at eLichens

Franck Lascaux has held various roles since 2005. In 2005, they were a PhD Researcher at the Laboratoire d'Aérologie, where they conducted a feasibility study of a real-time prediction of the exact trajectory of hailstorms. In 2006, they were a PhD Researcher at the INAF-Osservatorio Astrofisico di Arcetri, where they won a Marie Curie Excellence Grant position. During their four years there, they were in charge of the implementation of the complex numerical weather model Meso-NH, and they conducted a feasibility study of a real-time prediction system of the optical turbulence above ground-based astronomical sites. In 2015, they were a Teacher at COURS DIDEROT. Since 2016, they have been a Pollution models engineer, R&D at eLichens.

Franck Lascaux obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Meteorology from Universit\u00e9 Paul Sabatier between 2002 and 2005. Franck also holds a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera, which they obtained in August 2022.
