Erica Palmer

Erica Palmer has worked in the field of research for the past 10 years. In 2010, they began their career as an Animal Care Taker at Charles River Laboratories. Erica then worked as an Associate Scientist I and ASI at BioReliance in 2012. In 2013, they moved to MedImmune as an Animal Technician. From 2014 to 2017, Palmer worked as a Veterinary Technician I and II at Priority One Services. Most recently, they have worked as a Research Associate and Research Associate II at Elicio Therapeutics since 2020. During their time at The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Palmer managed a mouse breeding and mouse colony, collected tissues, ran flow cytometry, assisted in managing the lab and ordering supplies, performed some cell culture, trained students on animal handling and injections, wrote addendum's for animal protocols and SOP's, oversaw all animal experiments, and processed blood and managed samples for clinical trials.

Erica Palmer attended Centenary College from 2005 to 2010, graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Equine Science.
