Paola Annarumi

Paola Annarumi is an experienced HR consultant, trainer, and coach with over 17 years at Elidea Psicologi Associati, specializing in the design, implementation, and assessment of training programs for both public and private entities, along with individual coaching and stress risk evaluation. Since July 2017, Paola has also served as a trainer, coach, and assessor at Entropy Knowledge Network S.r.l., utilizing Technology Enhanced Learning and Serious Game methodologies. Prior experience includes collaboration in funded training projects with Aisfor srl and contributions as a trainer at Master Wheel Associati and in early childhood education. Paola holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on work and organizational psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma, and has completed additional qualifications in human resources and coaching.
