Michael Gaines has a diverse work experience beginning in 2014 as an Outdoor Stock at Bachman's Inc. In 2015, they worked as a Manufacturing Production Assistant at BioMARC, where they created and implemented an inventory control system. In 2016, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Hills Resort and had zero negative reviews submitted against him. In 2017, they worked at Glockstore in two roles: Business Manager and Human Resources Officer. Here, they were responsible for all company accounts, vendor communications, business to business relations, and insurance policies as well as project development and office management. Michael was also promoted to Interim HR Manager during a time of transition. Finally, in 2018 they worked as a Customer Success Manager - Shopify Developer at Eliel Custom Cycling Gear, where they managed all customer relations and maintained four separate Shopify stores.

Michael Gaines began their educational journey in 2014 at Colorado State University, studying Microbiology. In 2016, they became a Member of Praxis, an entrepreneurship program. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from BioMARC in Good Documentation Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice.
