Cphr Valentina Seale

Valentina Seale has over 12 years of work experience in human resources. Valentina currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Elim Village, a role they have been in since September 2018. Prior to this, Valentina also served as a Human Resources Manager at Elim Village starting in October 2012.

Before joining Elim Village, Valentina worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Teliphone Navigata-Westel from August 2010 to October 2012. Valentina also worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Lakeshore Inc. from April 2009 to February 2010.

Valentina began their career as a Student Ambassador - Information Center at Niagara College Canada in January 2007, a position they held until April 2009.

Valentina Seale, CPHR, MBA, has a strong educational background in business administration, management, accounting, finance, and economics. Valentina completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management at Simon Fraser University from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Niagara College from 2006 to 2009. Valentina also holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Universidad Santo Tomas de Aquino, which they completed from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Economics degree at Universidad Industrial de Santander from 1997 to 2001, although they did not complete the program. Valentina's diverse educational background equips their with a strong foundation in business and will contribute to their expertise in human resources and management.
