Sylvain Argy

Sylvain Argy is Managing Partner at Elion Partners, and a voting member of the firm’s Investment and Asset Management Committees. With his leadership, Elion Partners has successfully launched five closed-end and four permanent capital investment vehicles.

Prior to Elion, Sylvain was Principal and Founder of Inmobiliaria Seven, a top-10 real estate firm in South America. He also founded Capricorn SRL, a brokerage firm that represented multinational corporations. Sylvain is an active benefactor of KindnessATM, a program designed to bring joy and kindness to schools, hospitals and nursing homes throughout the U.S. and Latin America. He is also an active sponsor of WordsCount.com, an organization that promotes a culture of kindness through its Give Back Program.

He holds a B.S. from Universidad de Lima in Peru.
