Elsa Tayac

Elsa Tayac currently serves as Responsable RSE Restauration d'Entreprise and Responsable filières locales Sud-Ouest at Elior France since June 2023, focusing on local sourcing and partnership development in Occitanie and Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Previously, Elsa held the position of Chargée de mission Achat centrale alimentaire régionale at AD'OCC from June 2020 to May 2023 and worked at METRO France from January 2016 to April 2020 as Category Manager for both charcuterie and traiteur products. Elsa's extensive experience includes roles at Transgourmet, Intermarché, and several other companies, showcasing expertise in food procurement, product development, and management within the food industry. Elsa holds a Master's degree in Foodservice Systems Administration from Agrocampus Ouest and a Master in International Affairs and Business Strategy from Sciences Po Toulouse.
