Mark Crowe is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning over 15 years at Elior UK. As Head of Menu Management since November 2018, Mark manages a team of five, focusing on sector-specific menus, recipes, and food innovation, while maintaining the menu management software for recipe and allergen compliance in the UK business. Previously, Mark served as a Strategic Development Chef at Elior since January 2009, working on strategic menu development projects and supporting food development initiatives in the City and Central regions. Mark's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Head Chef at Avenance, where Mark led a team of 14 chefs at Deutsche Bank's London offices, providing fine dining and hospitality services. Mark's educational background includes a Professional Catering degree from Lowestoft College of Further Education and a high school degree from Denes High School.
