Mike Ham

Mike Ham currently serves as Business Development Director for Education at Elior UK since November 2022 and has been a Business Development Manager at Taylor Shaw Ltd since November 2018. Previously, Mike held the position of Sales Director at The Unique Catering Company from May 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included developing client relationships and managing contracts. From January 2005 to May 2015, Mike worked at Catering Academy in various roles, including Project Manager and Area Manager, focusing on the mobilization of catering contracts and operational management. Mike holds a Higher National Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from Blackpool and The Fylde College, earned from 1989 to 1994, and completed GCSEs at Arnold School, Blackpool.
