Keith Wales

Keith Wales, LICSW, currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategy & Program Development at Eliot Community Human Services, a position held since September 2011. In this newly established role, Keith collaborates with various teams to identify and address service and funding gaps. Previous positions include Director of Outpatient Services at Everett Clinic, Vice President of Homeless Services, and Director of Homeless and Outreach Services, where oversight was provided for initiatives related to statewide grants and case management. Additionally, Keith has experience as an adjunct instructor at Boston College, teaching graduate-level courses in clinical practice, and has taught at Salem State University. Keith holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and a degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
