Sarah Jaeger

Sarah Jaeger has a diverse work experience spanning over various companies and roles. Sarah is currently working at elipsLife as the Head of Human Resources (CH/FL) and Strategy. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Strategy and Business Development at the same company, where they also served as Head of Claims & Care for a period of time. Before joining elipsLife, Sarah worked at SWISSCAVE AG as a Board of Directors member, focusing on storing and maturing wine. Sarah has also had a long tenure at Swiss Re, where they held multiple positions such as HR Strategic Project Manager, HR DOO, HR Strategy Consultant, Business Management Specialist, and Executive Assistant to the Head of HR Business Services. Sarah's expertise lies in strategic planning, HR management, and business development.
