Jonathan Franze

Jonathan Franze is the current Product Owner at Eliq. Prior to this, they served as the Product Lead at Humly from June 2019 to June 2020. In this role, they were responsible for prioritizing and managing the continuous development of Humly's Digital Marketplace, connecting educators with schools.

Through research, experimentation and data, Jonathan and their team aimed to understand how to attract and retain skilled educators and to match their knowledge and preferences with available teaching opportunities and schools. Jonathan worked closely with data science, engineering, UX, UI and others, doing research and running experiments to learn how to build a digital marketplace in a very unique space. Together with a distributed product team, they delivered user-facing tools for schools and educators on a platform that ensured that classrooms had educators every day.

Jonathan's Product Lead role focused on helping improve Humly's Product team to grow into an effective team and an amazing product company.

Humly is on a mission to fill classrooms with good people around the world and to unlock the potential of flexible educators with schools in need of the best teachers on a daily, long-term or permanent perspective.
