Nicole B. Stucki

Nicole B. Stucki currently serves as HR Director Switzerland and Executive Board Member at ELIS, responsible for HR, Compliance, and ESG HR functions, while overseeing a team of ten HR employees across locations in Nyon and Bern. With prior experience as HR Director for Selecta and as President of HR Swiss, Nicole has a strong background in cultural transformation, project management, and compliance within HR. Additional roles include Transformation Specialist at PostFinance and various leadership positions at Visana Services AG, Swiss Life, BMW Group, and IBM. Nicole holds advanced degrees in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of St. Gallen and ZHAW School of Management and Law, among others.
