Sébastien Nevière

Sébastien Nevière has served as the CFO at ELIS since November 2007, overseeing finance operations for 12 companies, which includes accounting, controlling, liquidity management, and treasury functions. Key responsibilities include managing the accounting team, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Swiss GAAP. Additionally, Sébastien has extensive experience in M&A, handling both national and international projects, including valuation, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration. Prior to ELIS, Sébastien was the Operational Financial Controller at Jungheinrich France SAS from September 2001 to September 2007. Sébastien holds a Master's Degree in Betriebswirtschaft und Internationales Management from HSB Hochschule Bremen and a Master's Degree in Finance et services de gestion financière from KEDGE Business School, both obtained between 1996 and 2001.
