Karin Kanepi

Karin Kanepi has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Karin started their career as a Marketing Consultant at Brümmel Kanepi Pirita AS in 1999 and worked there until 2010. Karin then joined Rapp Collins as an account manager from 1999 to 2004. In 2009, they joined Elisa Eesti AS as the Head of Marketing, where they played a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans. Karin also led the marketing team and collaborated with creative partners for successful brand development and management. Karin Kanepi's expertise includes marketing communications, retail concept development, marketing research, and marketing communications process development. Karin continues to work at Elisa Eesti AS as the Head of the Marketing and Communications unit.

Karin Kanepi pursued their education at various institutions during different time periods. In 1996, they enrolled at Estonian Business School and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing in 1999. After a gap, they returned to education in 2013 and attended Estonian Business School once again, this time for a Master's degree in International Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management. Karin successfully completed their Master's degree in 2014. Moving forward to 2021, Karin joined the Bo Mentis Coaching House and undertook the Global Elisa Way Leadership Program, where they studied Business Administration and Management in a general sense. Karin completed this program in 2022.
