Toomas Polli

Toomas Polli currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at Elisa since November 2024 and is a member of the Elisa Production Leadership Team. Polli has been with Elisa Eesti AS since January 2013 as CTO and a Board Member, overseeing IT and Network areas and being part of the Elisa Group Technology management group. In addition, Polli holds the position of CIO and Board Member at the Estonian Association of Information Technology and Telecommunications from April 2023 to April 2025, focusing on communication infrastructure and collaboration among stakeholders in the telecommunication sector. Previous experience includes serving as Head of Baltic and Russia IT Development at If P&C Insurance from May 2005 to December 2012 and Head of IT Development Group at AS Ida-Tallinna Keskhaigla from January 2002 to May 2005. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in IT Management from the Estonian Business School and ongoing studies at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
