Triin Tartes

Triin Tartes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Triin started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator at BEST-Estonia, where they facilitated the HR department and coordinated the involvement, training, and mentorship of 90-100 members. Triin then interned at the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where they analyzed international platforms and gave input to action plans. Triin also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Tallinn University of Technology and as a Trainee at the Estonian Research Council.

In 2015, Triin joined DreamApply.com as a Key Account Manager, where they were responsible for direct client communication, technical support, and system configuration. Triin provided consultancy, support, and software training to clients using the DreamApply platform.

Triin's next role was at the Board of European Students of Technology, where they served as a Soft skills trainer and later as the Coordinator of the Educational Committee in the International Management. In this role, they coordinated committee meetings, BEST Symposia on Education, and educational partnerships. Triin also monitored applications for Erasmus+ grants and represented the organization at conferences and partner meetings.

In 2017, Triin joined Elisa Eesti AS as an Information Technology Analyst. Triin progressed to the role of Lead Information Technology Analyst and is currently serving as the Head of IT Project Management Department.

Triin Tartes obtained a Master of Science in Engineering (MSc) degree in eGovernance Technologies and Services, cum laude from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Administration, cum laude, from the same institution from 2010 to 2014. Triin's educational journey began at Gustav Adolf Grammar School, where they earned a Diploma in Swedish Language and Literature from 2002 to 2010.
