Anna Rusetskaya

Anna Rusetskaya is an experienced professional in service management and technology consulting, currently serving as the Service Manager for Salesforce and Team Lead of the Salesforce Platform & Solutions at Elisa since July 2017. Prior to this role, Anna worked at Roger Studio Oy as a Technology Consultant, analyzing business processes and translating requirements for Salesforce CRM from January 2014 to June 2017. Anna's earlier experience includes a decade at F-Secure Corporation, where roles included Senior System Analyst focusing on Datawarehouse management and full-cycle ETL development, and application management for CRM and ERP systems. Additionally, Anna has a background as a Software Engineer at Elcom Spb and as a Mathematician at RAND in St. Petersburg, alongside holding a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Control Processes from St. Petersburg State University.
