Juha-Pekka Parto

Juha-Pekka Parto is a Senior Software Engineer at Elisa since February 2023, bringing extensive experience in software and machine learning. Previously, Juha-Pekka worked as a Machine Learning Specialist at Unikie from March 2022 to February 2023, focusing on developing machine learning models for cybersecurity with an emphasis on continuous user authentication. From June 2019 to March 2022, Juha-Pekka served as a Design Engineer at Bitwise Oy, where the development of statistics calculation and event detection components for the Wisehockey system was a key responsibility. Prior to this, an ICT-designer role at Pesmel Oy from April 2016 to May 2019 involved the development of a warehouse management system. Juha-Pekka holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Tampere University (2017-2021) and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from SeAMK - Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (2013-2017).
