Mikko Häkkinen

Mikko Häkkinen is a service designer and change maker currently employed at Elisa since January 2017, combining a passion for aesthetics with a deep understanding of people, business, and technology. As a co-founder of Perille Mobility Services Oy and owner of Drop Design, a freelance design company established in 2003, Mikko brings extensive experience in design and user experience. Previously served as an advisor at Joint Futures and main organizer at DSConf, in addition to a senior user interface designer role at Tieto, where focus was placed on usability and user perspective. Mikko's earlier career includes graphic design and sales roles at Dicentia Finland Oy, Måndag, and Oy Information Chain Management Finland Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Culture and Arts in Interaction Design from Tampere Polytechnic School Of Art & Media.
