Mikko Kutvonen

Mikko Kutvonen is a seasoned program manager and design lead with extensive experience in transforming business strategies and enhancing customer engagement. Currently serving as a program manager at Elisa since January 2020, Mikko has successfully led a complex transformation initiative and worked to improve B2B co-creation and customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes roles as a visiting lecturer at the University of Lapland and as a member of the Executive Board of the Finnish Association of Designers Ornamo, where Mikko contributed to establishing new practices for the design business sector. Previous positions include service design lead at SOK, design lead at Futurice, and city designer for the Design-Driven City initiative. Mikko holds a Master of Arts in International Design Business Management from Aalto University and possesses further qualifications in marketing communications and visual design.
