Mirva Saarelainen

Mirva Saarelainen has been an Executive Assistant at Elisa since January 1997, supporting the Executive Vice President of the Production Unit. Mirva has held various roles, including Management Assistant to the CIO and the Telco and IT Services Leadership Team, focusing on meeting and travel arrangements, internal event organization, and administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include serving as a Business Coach to enhance customer experience through daily management and continuous improvement, and as a Management Assistant in IT and Cloud Services. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant in multiple departments and as an Order Management Specialist at Oy Radiolinja Ab. Mirva holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences and has completed education at Business College in Hyvinkää and Kerava Upper Secondary School.
