Mariana Eidler.

Mariana Eidler, Ph.D., serves as the Food Design Lab Director, Study Abroad & Home Abroad Director, and a professor at Elisava Facultat de Disseny i Enginyeria de Barcelona since September 1993. Additionally, Mariana co-founded The Fork Organization in June 2021 and tactica.barcelona in 2001, where Mariana holds the title of Executive Art Director. Mariana's academic experience includes teaching graphic and interactive projects at IED Barcelona from September 2009 to June 2014, and coordinating and creating a training cycle in Advertising Graphics at CIC - ELISAVA from 2001 to 2004. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Arts in Food Design from the University of Lisbon (2019-2023), a Master's degree in Design and Communication from Elisava School of Design and Engineering (2017-2018), a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design from Universitat de Barcelona (1997-2001), and further foundational education at Parsons School of Design and Elisava School of Design and Engineering.
