Arielle Andrews

Arielle Andrews is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and public service. Currently serving as Strategic Operations Manager at EliseAI since April 2025, Arielle previously held a prominent role at the Biden-Harris White House as Chief of Staff for the Office of Speechwriting and Presidential Speechwriter from June 2023 to January 2025. Other notable positions include Senior Associate Staff Secretary and Associate Staff Secretary at the White House, and Associate in Strategic Response and Crisis Management at WilmerHale. Arielle also co-founded and served as CEO of Lesson Check-In, and contributed as a legal volunteer for the Biden-Harris Transition Team and Biden for President.
