Lado Jobava serves as the CEO of Elite since March 2010, leading a retail chain with extensive operations and a workforce of up to 1000 employees. Under Lado Jobava's leadership, the organization experienced significant growth in brand awareness. Previous roles include First Deputy CEO/Commercial Director and Deputy CEO/Financial Director at Elite, along with financial leadership positions at ELIT OPTIMAL and other companies. Lado Jobava's educational background encompasses an MBA from the University of Oxford and various certifications in financial accounting and strategic leadership. Currently, Lado Jobava is the Chairman of the Board for ELIT OPTIMAL and is furthering education at IMD in executive leadership.
