Lauren Story

Lauren Story is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Since August 2017, Lauren has held multiple positions at Elite Comfort Solutions LLC, including Human Resources Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Management Recruiter. Prior experience includes roles as Safety & Risk Manager, Human Resources Specialist, and Recruiting Consultant at Catawba Valley Staffing from October 2010 to August 2017. Additionally, Lauren worked as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at NCASP from 2015 to 2017, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Membership. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Carolina University and graduated as an NC Honors Graduate from West Caldwell High School in 2004.
