Rudy Karsan

Rudy Karsan has held a variety of roles in the corporate world. Rudy began their career as Managing Partner at Karlani Capital in 2014. In 2015, they joined Phenom People as a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2016, they became Chairman at INTELITY. In 2018, they were appointed Director at Kroo and Board Member at Talentify. In 2019, they were named Director at Barsys. In 2020, they became Director at LOQBOX and Elite HRV. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed Board Member at RAIsonance Group and Director at Emagineer.

Rudy Karsan obtained a B. Math (Actuarial Science) degree from the University of Waterloo in 1979. In 1983, they became a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
