Monica Moreno-Castillo

Monica Moreno-Castillo currently serves as the Director of Customer Services at Elite Insurance Partners, where performance metrics and service levels for customer service representatives are established. Previously, Monica was a Florida State Health Educator for the State of Florida, focusing on community health education programs. Monica also held several positions at Charter Communications, including Bilingual Sales Manager and Business Process Manager, where responsibilities encompassed sales training, team management, and process evaluation. Earlier in the career, Monica served as the Supervisor of Learning and Development at Bright House Networks, leading a team of instructors and developing training programs. Monica holds a High School Diploma from San Benito High School.
