Raquel Toledo

Raquel Toledo has worked in various roles since 2010. Raquel began their career as an Executive Assistant Marketing Coordinator at a Consulting Firm in 2010. In 2012, they became the Owner/President of RoQsCreations.com. From 2013 to 2022, they held the roles of Human Resources Manager, Marketing Manager, and Relationship Manager at Hilltop. Currently, they are a Senior Human Resources Manager at Elite ISI.

Raquel Toledo received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Programming from DEVRY UNIVERSITY- FALLBROOK, CA in 2001.
