Rafael Wong serves as Chief Operating Officer at Los Ranchos Restaurant Group, Inc. since July 2005, where efforts include spearheading relocation and remodel projects to modernize the brand while respecting its heritage. Additionally, Rafael holds the position of Licensed Real Estate Agent with Elite Sales Group since April 2017, specializing in various facets of real estate transactions. As the CEO of RAW Hospitality Group since January 2016, Rafael provides consulting services to restaurant investors and operators, focusing on site selection, lease negotiations, and business development. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University and completion of education at the Premier Real Estate School of Florida, along with a high school diploma from Christopher Columbus High School.
