Michael Bouskos

Michael Bouskos was the co-owner of HealthComp Administrators, a nationwide third party administrator of employee benefit plans. He held positions as Chairman of the Board, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of Business Development. He was responsible for overseeing all new business development and financial activities for both the company and its customers. In December of 2016, HealthComp sold to a private equity firm based in San Francisco. Michael is an active investor in many private companies in industries such as hi-tech, healthcare, manufacturing, food service, and real estate. He also serves as a Director on various Boards of privately held companies. He is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a global network of chief executives and business leaders. He has held many positions in YPO both domestic and international, such as Chapter Chairman and International Program Chair.
