Nichlas Westerby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, leadership, and go-to-market strategies across various technology companies and military organizations. Currently serving as Co-Founder and GTM advisor at Judico.io, Nichlas is dedicated to developing AI solutions that enhance workforce regulation and mitigate risk. As a Founding Community Member of EliteGTM, Nichlas contributes to innovative strategies for sustainable growth. Previous roles include Head of Sales at EIVEE™, Regional Sales Manager at Celonis and Fuze, and various positions within SAP, where significant achievements such as multiple President's Club awards were realized. Nichlas's military background includes leadership roles in the Royal Danish Air Force, enhancing operational effectiveness and team management. Academic qualifications include a diploma in technology from Aarhus University and a professional bachelor’s degree in military leadership from the Royal Danish Defence College.
