Vailina Tulsani is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the beauty and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of ElittyBeauty, Vailina is dedicated to creating India's first makeup and beauty brand specifically for teenagers. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding Alluvium Retail, where Vailina was instrumental in developing health-focused brands such as Xante and Akivalove. Vailina's professional background encompasses significant roles at Monitor Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, Lodha Group as DGM, and McKinsey & Company as a Consultant, as well as strategic positions at CarDekho and Boston Analytics. Vailina holds an MBA in Strategy and Operations from the Indian School of Business and a B.Tech in Textile Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, complemented by an exchange program in Business Administration at Mines Douai.
